Refund policy

At Seek Magic Candle, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Our policy does not cover refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipment. Once an item leaves our facility in good condition, we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit. We encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery and report any damages to the shipping carrier immediately.
